Product Authenticity

Instant Services [trading as Instant Services (HK) Limited] only sells new products which come in their original retail packaging from the manufacturers. Instant Services does not sell any overstock, b-grade or refurbished products, reproductions, damaged, or fake products.

Product Certification

All electrical appliances sold by Instant Services (Hong Kong) Limited are CE compliant and operate on a voltage of 220-240V and a frequency of 50Hz.

Cancellation

Orders billed to or shipped to an address outside the EU can only be cancelled within 24 hours after ordering. Depending on the product category, any cancellation is subject to a 20-25% processing fee off the total order amount, including all fees.

Returns

All products sold are non-refundable or exchangeable due to high shipping cost, import taxes & customs formalities. In the unlikely event that you encounter any issue with the delivered products, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist and resolve.

Warranty

All products sold come with 1-year parts warranty. This warranty does not apply if damage is caused by factors including: wrong installation, abuse, mishandling, accident, liquid damage, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Price Variation

The prices listed on this website are subject to change due to variations in the exchange rate, tax rates, shipping rates, etc. If the price goes up after you ordered, we reserve the right to charge you the difference or cancel your order and offer a full refund. If the price goes down we won’t be able to refund the difference. Please note that this does not apply in case of a mistake in pricing on this website. If we mistakenly charged too much we will refund the difference, if the price charged was too low we reserve the right to cancel your order and offer a full refund.

Import Taxes

For Hong Kong: Hong Kong is a free port. There is no duty or tax on imported goods except cars, liquors, tobacco, hydrocarbon oil and methyl alcohol. All products sold to Hong Kong are not subject to any customs tariffs.

For Singapore: Singapore levies a 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be based on the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) value. All products sold to Singapore are subject to Singaporean GST.

For all other markets: You are responsible to pay the applicable import taxes and duties.

Lead Time

Lead time is provided as an estimation only and is subject to manufacturing capacity, schedule availability, shipping availability, and other factors that may affect production and delivery timelines. While we make every effort to meet the estimated lead time, we cannot guarantee its accuracy due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays, damages during transportation, natural disasters, or labor disputes. We will communicate any significant delays to the customer as soon as possible and provide updated estimated lead times. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of a delay.

Shipping Methods and Lead Time

Instant Services (Hong Kong) Limited only ships with the most reputable courier partners – DHL, FedEx, and DB Schenker. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you a tracking number or dispatch notification with an estimated delivery date and/or details on how to track your order. The courier might ask for assistance upon delivering the items to you.

We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding that reasonable access is available. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the ordered items will fit through doors and lifts in their existing packaging. It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in the intended areas. If reasonable access is unavailable or if it becomes hazardous (i.e. items prone to damage on narrow passage); delivery will take place at an alternative location designated by the customer on the premise (e.g. lobby).

The lead time provided for any product is an estimation only and subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to provide accurate lead time information, but unforeseen circumstances may arise that could affect the estimated delivery or order completion time. We are not liable for any delays in delivery or completion caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, supplier delays, transportation issues, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

We strive to offer you fair and most competitive shipping rates. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the products you are ordering because our broad selection of appliances, sanitary ware and furniture products have very different sizes and weights. For eligible orders, we offer free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to oversized items such as full-size refrigerators, bathtubs and sofas. Please see contact us and we will happily provide you with a shipping quote for your desired item. We do not make any money on shipping and the quote we provide is discounted shipping offered to us as a merchant by our shipping partners.

Depending on the delivery address and individual circumstances there may be surcharges for special delivery areas such as outlying islands, remote or restricted locations. For example, Lantau Island (Discovery Bay) in Hong Kong; or Jurong Island, Sentosa Island in Singapore. Customers are responsible for these surcharges levied by the courier services on case-per-case basis.

Refusal

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If the courier is not able to deliver the goods after multiple attempts or when delivery is refused by the consignee, goods will be returned to sender at a cost. In such an event goods cannot be refunded and will only be shipped out again to the consignee after additional fees incurred have been settled.

Insurance and Receiving Shipments

All goods are fully insured during shipment and delivery. On delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) carefully. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy before our carrier leaves the premise. If you notice that your delivery is either inaccurate, incomplete or damaged you must inform Instant Services (Hong Kong) Limited within 48 hours after delivery or acceptance of shipment.  We shall require evidence and detailed description or explanation of the defect, for example, pictures of the damaged, unopened box, and of the damaged product.

All goods are delivered brand new in their original packaging. Instant Services (Hong Kong) Limited does not provide unpacking service or packaging disposal service. Customers must unpack products and dispose of packaging themselves.

Description & Images

When publishing information onto our website, we take care in ensuring that all prices, product images and descriptions displayed are correct at the time. But occasionally there may be content on this website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights relating to a product description, product image, price, promotion, special offer or availability. Please make your own enquiries to verify information provided and to assess the suitability of products before you purchase. You are responsible for determining the validity and relevance of any information. Please take appropriate independent advice before acting or relying on any of it to ensure that it meets your particular requirements.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Instant Services (Hong Kong) Limited and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, and the remaining provisions shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
